A little bit about Myssie...
Myssie is an active full-time Realtor®. She sits as a member of the MLS Committee for the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors®. She was also appointed as a member of the Legislative & Political Affairs Committee for the Texas Association of Realtors®. Myssie is also an Associate Broker, e-Pro Certified and a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute®). In her first six months of becoming a licensed Realtor®, she had already become a million dollar producer.
Born and raised in Edinburg, Texas, Myssie is most proud of her community involvement. She was appointed by the McAllen City Council as a Board Member for Keep McAllen Beautiful and is a graduate of Leadership McAllen (Class 22) and Leadership Edinburg (Class 10). Myssie is also a member of the Junior League of McAllen, an alumna of Delta Zeta sorority, Vice President of Garza Elemntary School PTA, McAllen South Rotary Club, McAllen Citizens League, McAllen Child Study Club and is an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
With over a decade of experience in land development and economic development, Myssie shares her knowledge with her clients and considers it one of her best Real Estate strategies.
"I believe that knowledge is power. You have to be on top of all the Real Estate trends in the area. You can't just sign on the dotted line and move it" she said. "There are so many factors that come into play when buying a home. It's a complicated symphony of architecture, style, covenants and restrictions, financing and timing. Today's market is filled with educated buyers and sellers. If you aren't one of those knowledgable in Real Estate... you need someone by you who is and even moreso... some one you can trust."
